This quote by John Wooden is a great one that both coaches and players should understand. It is simple yet justifies all that we as coaches should be working towards. The point being, the players need to make the mistakes in order to learn what is effective and what feel right – this point is further explained in “The Talent Code” by Daniel Coyle.
